This leader will oversee the academic, cultural, and operational performance of schools across the region, directly manage multiple principals, and serve as a key driver of regional strategy, instructional excellence, and leadership development. Oversee the academic, cultural, and operational performance of schools across the region. Directly manage multiple principals and contribute to regional leadership development. Drive regional strategy, instructional excellence, and leadership development. Be accountable for ambitious regional outcomes, including strong academic performance, high levels of student engagement and retention, full enrollment sustainability, and a fully staffed teaching workforce from the first day of school.
