
The Role:
The Asset Manager is responsible for driving the financial and operational performance of assigned LSCRE multifamily communities. This role partners cross-functionally to ensure each property meets revenue, NOI, and growth goals, while supporting investor reporting, due diligence, acquisitions, and dispositions.

What You’ll Own: Keep properties aligned with budgets, performance targets, and profitability goals Improve cash flow discipline using Profit First Ensure CapEx and operational execution support NOI growth Maintain strong lender relationships and compliance readiness Provide clear performance reporting and accountability to operations teams
Key Responsibilities: Financial Oversight Monitor monthly expenses vs. budget Approve POs and review invoices Support investor reporting Partner with Construction on CapEx planning
Cash Flow + Expense Control Manage vendor contracts and payment plans Monitor utilities, insurance, and taxes for variances
Risk + Compliance Manage insurance claims and property-level legal issues Support affordable housing/PFC compliance and permits
Performance + Market Analysis Conduct market surveys and competitive analysis Support underwriting for acquisitions Analyze occupancy trends and build NOI improvement plans
Lender Management Manage lender communications, escrow, and reserve draws Coordinate refinancing and lender inspections
Team Performance Support Track KPIs monthly Align targets with CEO and communicate to Community Managers
What Success Looks Like: Properties consistently hit revenue and NOI goals Expenses are controlled and variances addressed quickly Lenders, investors, and leadership receive accurate reporting Operations teams have clear targets and improve performance
