Second-shift role; 1:00pm-9:30pm POSITION SUMMARY The individual responsible for this role will be responsible for creating standard product images & 3D/360 photography of automotive parts. This role will work closely with the marketing and design teams to produce visually appealing images for catalogs, websites, social media, and other marketing materials. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Photography: Capture high-quality, detailed images of automotive parts in a studio setting Operate 3D photo booth equipment to capture 3D images of products Prepare product for photography following image standards document Ensure consistency in lighting, composition, and style across all images Compile data related to photographs and assist in their preparation and archiving Manage equipment set-up and troubleshoot issues Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to understand project requirements and deliver images that meet branding and marketing goals Collaborate with product managers to ensure accurate representation of automotive parts Studio Management: Maintain and organize photography equipment and studio space Stay updated on the latest photography techniques and trends Manage workflow and meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously Participate in a collaborative work environment utilizing effective communication and willingness to cross train to enhance team productivity, versatility, and skill development Comply with comprehensive safety protocols and participate in ongoing training to ensure a secure work environment and maintain a safety-conscious culture Follow all 5S principles and guidelines daily to optimize workflow, efficiency, and a clean work environment Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by management Image Production Tracking: Maintain Image Tracker to track image status for every part number photographed QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, & Skills required) Preferred: High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification; 2 years in still or digital photography experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Basic knowledge of still and digital photography Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop Basic knowledge of photographic principles, practices, and techniques Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities Capable of following instructions and responding to management direction Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Exhibits experience working collaboratively in a team environment Has the ability to read and interpret various documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Possesses effective verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working in a structured production environment with high attention to detail and consistency across repeated tasks Employment Type: Full Time
