Customer Support: Respond to inbound customer calls, emails, and chats regarding orders, product information, and general inquiries Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally, escalating when appropriate Make outbound follow-up calls to ensure issue resolution and build customer loyalty Maintain detailed customer records and case notes in our CRM system Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience that reflects our brand values Outbound Sales (BDR): Conduct outbound calls to potential wholesale and retail leads to introduce our product line Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team Research industry contacts and build a pipeline of prospects in the food & beverage market Update CRM with lead details, call outcomes, and communication history Help warm up and nurture early-stage sales opportunities
