Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an active member of our enforcement team, utilizing advanced surveillance techniques to detect and apprehend individuals violating immigration laws.
  


• Detect and prevent contraband smuggling operations while working closely with other federal agencies
  

h2 Requirements -Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university - One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: • Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and 2other evidence. •Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal,&immigration laws.-Ability to read fluently both English and Spanish OR strong knowledge (
native proficiency not required) capable learners who have demonstrated ability in reading language(s).-You must be ableto pass a drug test-
police background check-and age during application process Time-senstive testing Must apply within 5 years after leaving last furlough leave (if applicable)
