The Sr. Director, Digital Product is a critical strategic leader within the Product team, serving as a key bridge between business partners and our external partner ecosystem. As the steward of the eCommerce portfolio and digital guest experiences across web, mobile, and omnichannel platforms, this role drives the multi-year product vision and roadmap that delivers measurable guest and business outcomes.

This individual is an evangelist for innovative product experiences and a highly proficient business and technical resource who collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including Technology, Data, Design, Marketing, Merchandising, and Retail Operations to enhance existing capabilities and incubate new, AI-enabled, agentic commerce solutions. With a passion for experimentation and continuous learning, they lead efforts to discover, evaluate, and scale innovative digital solutions that solve complex guest and business challenges.

The Sr. Director oversees multiple product teams, mentoring and growing future leaders while ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and financial management of product investments. This role requires a highly collaborative, dynamic, and agile approach, working with a wide range of stakeholders to define requirements, influence technology roadmaps, and drive cross-functional execution.

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the digital experience vision and multi-year roadmap that positions the company as a leader in retail commerce innovation by addressing real guest needs and eliminating friction across all digital touchpoints.
  • Lead the continuous evolution of mobile app and digital platforms to empower guests to discover, decide, and purchase with confidence-streamlining complexity while amplifying inspiration and engagement.
  • Advocate for and implement agentic commerce capabilities that anticipate guest needs, guide decision-making, and simplify the shopping journey through proactive, intelligent experiences.
  • Ensure all digital experiences are seamless, intuitive, and deeply integrated across channels, delivering a unified omnichannel guest journey.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Data Science, and Design teams to build highly personalized, context-aware experiences that dynamically respond to guest behavior and preferences.
  • Leverage AI, machine learning, and rigorous experimentation frameworks to optimize guest relevance, trust, and ease at every stage of the shopping lifecycle.
  • Define and track meaningful success metrics focused on guest satisfaction, engagement, and lifetime value, going beyond feature delivery to measure true business impact.
  • Manage the digital product budget and resource allocation to ensure financial discipline while enabling innovation and scalable growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product leaders, fostering their development and building future digital product leadership capabilities.
  • Lead and scale high-performing, cross-functional agile teams that prioritize delivering measurable guest and business outcomes over outputs.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous discovery, iterative learning, and guest-centric problem solving, ensuring solutions are grounded in deep understanding of guest challenges before execution.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Continuously monitor emerging trends in digital experience, AI, agentic commerce, and retail technology, translating these insights into strategic initiatives that drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Leverage data analytics, experimentation, and guest feedback to iteratively optimize and enhance digital experiences throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Champion clarity, alignment, and focus across complex, matrixed organizations to ensure cohesive execution and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements for Consideration

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership in digital product, eCommerce, or experience strategy, including senior enterprise roles with P&L or portfolio responsibility.
  • Proven track record leading mobile, web, and omnichannel digital experiences at scale, driving measurable business outcomes and best-in-class guest experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver AI-enabled, personalized, and agentic commerce experiences that anticipate guest needs, simplify decision-making, and increase engagement, conversion, and loyalty.
  • Deep expertise in agile product leadership, outcome/value-driven prioritization, and end-to-end product lifecycle management.
  • Experience partnering with Technology, Data, Design, and cross-functional business teams to evolve platforms, capabilities, and enterprise-level digital strategies.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, resource allocation, and ongoing product investment for long-term scalable impact.
  • Exceptional communication, influence, and executive presence, with the ability to align stakeholders across a matrixed, complex organization.

The pay range for this position is $201,900.00 - $260,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
