Kessler Collins is growing our commercial litigation team in Dallas, and we’re looking for talented trial lawyers at multiple levels to grow with us. As a mid-sized, full-service business firm with deep roots in Texas and clients across the U.S., we offer complex, high-impact cases without the bureaucracy of BigLaw.
We are hiring seasoned litigators with portable practices or demonstrated business development skills, mid-level litigators ready to take ownership of cases, and associates with at least two years of experience who want hands-on court time and meaningful client contact. You’ll join a collaborative, approachable, and diverse group of lawyers who value excellence, integrity, and a sense of humor, and who take pride in long-term client relationships built on trust and results.

Kessler Collins is seeking a seasoned litigator with a proven track record in handling complex business disputes—and ideally, a portable book of business—to join our growing litigation department. We are a mid-sized, full-service firm known for our collaborative environment, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to client success.
What You’ll Do
- Lead sophisticated commercial litigation cases from inception through trial or resolution
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients across diverse industries
- Collaborate with a team of sharp, business-minded attorneys in a firm that values initiative and creativity
- Mentor younger litigators and contribute to the continued growth of the practice
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of litigation experience, ideally with trial exposure. Second chair is acceptable.
- Demonstrated client development ability or existing book of business
- Strong leadership, communication, and courtroom skills
- Texas license in good standing
- Preferable seeking lawyers in the healthcare, commercial-real estate, employment, intellectual property, fiduciary duty, construction, securities/financial-services litigation, energy/natural resources, compliance/regulatory.
