Overview
In this Product Director role, you will own Product Delivery for the Americas, accountable for turning product strategy into predictable, high-quality execution across complex programmes of work. This is a highly visible leadership position at the heart of a major B2B software and hardware portfolio, tied directly to real operational environments within an organization operating at global scale.
You’ll be trusted to set direction, align teams, and lead end-to-end product delivery, ensuring that priorities are clear, trade-offs are well judged, and execution delivers measurable impact.
This role suits a senior product leader who is comfortable operating with influence, clarity, and pace, bringing structure and momentum to complex product delivery environments.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Owning Product Delivery outcomes across a significant B2B product area, from strategy through to execution.
Setting priorities, making informed trade-offs, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned on what matters most.
Partnering closely with engineering, operations, and commercial stakeholders to ensure effective, predictable product delivery.
Using customer insight, market signals, and operational feedback to shape roadmaps and drive continuous improvement.
Providing confident, credible product leadership within a hands-on, operationally focused environment.
What You’ll Bring
Senior product leadership experience within B2B software environments , with clear ownership of delivery outcomes.
