Job Summary
The Administrative Director of Hospital Campus is a senior executive leader within Harris Health responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic alignment, and academic integration across the organization. This role provides high-level administrative oversight of key clinical support departments and serves as the principal liaison with the affiliated medical school(s). The Administrative Director plays a critical role in advancing system-wide performance, innovation, and partnerships that support the mission of a public academic health system.
Qualifications
- Degrees
Minimum Qualifications: Master\'s Degree in business, healthcare administration, public health or related field. - Work Experience
Ten (10) Years Work Experience progressive leadership experience in healthcare administration. - Management Experience
Seven (7) Years of Management Experience in a director-level or higher role. - Communication Skills
Above Average Verbal Communication (Heavy Public Contact); Exceptional Verbal (Public Speaking): exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills; Writing /Correspondence; Writing /Reports - Proficiencies
