What You Will Be Doing
- Winning new clients through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Managing existing accounts and delivering contract recruitment solutions
- Sourcing and qualifying contract candidates across specialist technology markets
- Consistently working towards targets and growing a successful contract desk
What We Are Looking For
- Recruitment experience with a sales or 360 background preferred
- Evidence of billing success and KPI delivery
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A driven attitude and desire to build a long-term career
