This executive leader will be responsible for overseeing sales and marketing strategy and execution, driving both immediate performance and long-term growth.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the company’s sales and marketing strategy across all divisions
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for business development, marketing, and client engagement
- Optimize CRM system usage to support business intelligence and sales enablement
- Oversee a multi-disciplinary team, including sales executives and marketing leadership
- Hire, train, coach, and evaluate performance of sales and marketing staff
- Establish incentive and compensation programs to drive team performance
- Manage the departmental budget and ensure effective allocation of resources
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and support strategic deal closures
- Enhance the customer experience and ensure alignment with the company’s core values
- Serve on the senior leadership team and contribute to overall business strategy
- Champion a servant leadership model throughout the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years in a senior sales and marketing leadership role with proven results in business growth
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing sales strategies and plans
- Skilled in team leadership, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable presenting to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
- Ability to travel to various markets and attend quarterly in-person meetings
- $180,000-$200,000 + Variable Compensation
