Overview
The Director of Hospitality owns the full guest and family experience in a skilled nursing and subacute setting. This role is about more than service. It is about creating comfort, connection, and confidence during an important moment in someone’s life. You are often the person families remember and the reason they feel supported and at ease. You lead with warmth, confidence, and creativity. You are visible on the floors, building real relationships and delivering custom, personalized experiences for each guest. You learn names, stories, preferences, and needs, then use that insight to create thoughtful moments that make people feel truly cared for. This role is hands on, people focused, and highly impactful. You turn an unfamiliar place into a welcoming one. You design experiences that feel intentional, personal, and human. If you want a job where creativity meets purpose and your work is felt every single day, this role delivers exactly that.
