Automotive Parts Sales Consultant Join our dynamic team as an Automotive Parts Sales Consultant! We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about helping customers find the right automotive parts they need. If you pride yourself on delivering excellent customer service, this role is perfect for you! Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers and assist them in locating the ideal automotive parts for their needs. Provide knowledgeable insights and technical expertise on a wide range of automotive products. Accurately process sales transactions with efficiency and attention to detail. Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and well-presented. Assist with managing inventory and restocking merchandise as needed. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and goals. Stay updated on automotive parts knowledge and industry trends for continuous improvement. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory. Prior experience in automotive parts sales or retail is highly desirable. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once. Proficient with computers and point-of-sale systems. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods. Physical Requirements: Able to stand and walk for the duration of assigned shifts. Capacity to lift and move parts and boxes weighing up to 60 pounds. Ability to bend or stoop to reach floor-level shelves and utilize a stool or ladder to reach upper shelves (up to eight feet). Skills to turn brake drums and rotors, and create hydraulic hose assemblies (as applicable). Competent in using moving aids like hand trucks and hydraulic lifts for heavy equipment. Compensation:
