
Partner Relations Manager
We are seeking an experienced professional to enhance and manage our network of reseller partners. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying prospective collaborators, bringing them into our program, and nurturing relationships that fuel new business growth for SwiftConnect.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement a scalable channel partner program that aligns with our business objectives.
Define the benefits for partners, establish onboarding procedures, and set performance metrics for clarity and consistency.
Develop resources for sales enablement and training, as well as co-marketing initiatives to encourage partner success.
Work collaboratively across marketing, sales, product, and support teams to refine and improve the partner program.
Monitor program performance, collect feedback from partners, and continuously adjust strategies to enhance outcomes.
Additional Responsibilities:
Identify and recruit qualified partners for the SwiftConnect reseller program.
Foster strong relationships with channel partners to generate new opportunities and revenue.
Provide ongoing support to help resellers effectively market and sell SwiftConnect products.
Collaborate with integrators to deliver customized solutions and create new business openings for SwiftConnect.
Act as a vital link between technical teams and integration partners to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery of solutions.
Continuously monitor performance and optimize strategies for sustained partner success.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners.
Serve as the primary contact for Enterprise and Portfolio managers, resellers, and operational teams.
Support corporate-level partnerships alongside leadership at SwiftConnect as necessary.
Represent SwiftConnect at pivotal industry events and partner gatherings.
Keep a precise and up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring timely tracking of opportunities, renewals, and expansion initiatives.
Regularly update internal systems, including Salesforce, to keep track of account activity, meeting outcomes, and pipeline status.
Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution on accounts.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in channel management, preferably within the security, PropTech, or SaaS sectors.
Demonstrated success in managing channel relationships.
Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal communication skills.
Familiarity with access control, digital credentials, or related technologies is advantageous.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly for in-person meetings and events.
Compensation:
The salary for this role ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, including an On-Target Earnings (OTE) component. Final compensation will be determined based on your skills, experience, and geographic location.
