As a member of this team, you will support every stage of the Pro customer journey by: Ensuring efficient order fulfillment and safe loading of materials Making expert product recommendations tailored to specific project needs Offering customized delivery solutions to enhance customer satisfaction Building and nurturing professional relationships with Pro customers Your role will involve: Proactively driving sales through in-depth product knowledge and engaging in loyalty programs Meeting monthly sales goals and other performance metrics Assisting customers at the Pro Desk and providing specialized paint and product advice Collaborating with teammates to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Resolving delivery issues and effectively communicating our advantages over competitors Monitoring inventory levels and executing sales initiatives to meet store goals Bilingual communication skills are preferred at certain locations, tailored to meet customer needs.
