for a
Director of Clinical Services
to lead the clinical operations of a specialized eating disorder treatment program.
Role Overview This senior leadership position partners with the Facility CEO to oversee clinical programming, staff performance, regulatory compliance, and quality of care. The Director provides both strategic direction and hands-on clinical leadership within a highly regulated treatment environment.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
Active, unrestricted clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, Psychologist, or equivalent)
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
If applicable, minimum of 2 years of continuous, verifiable sobriety
Preferred Experience
4+ years in eating disorder treatment
Prior supervisory or clinical leadership experience
Training or certification in eating disorder treatment modalities
Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification
Key Responsibilities
Oversee clinical programming, quality, and compliance
Supervise, train, and support clinical staff
Lead program development and performance improvement initiatives
Ensure accurate documentation and accreditation readiness
Manage staffing, caseloads, and group schedules
Serve as clinical leader during crises and provide on-call support
Collaborate with executive leadership, referral sources, and community partners
Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2)
