Full-time Salary:

$165,000-$185,000 per year + annual bonus Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based ona number ofjob-related factors, including location, skills,licensure,experience, and education. Summary: Provide daily oversight of all supplier engagements, processes, systemsthroughout the supplier's lifecycle.This includes but is not limited to supplier sourcing engagements, requests for proposals, supplier selection, contract negotiations, supplier relationship management, and supplier termination or off boarding. Demonstrate best in class practices with managing supplier relationships, modeling proper supplier issue resolution, and supplier performance.Manage supplier intake with stakeholders on category of spend strategies to ensure alignment with preferred suppliers and overall supplier management strategies.Ensure supplier engagements have a complete cost of ownership and cost model for stakeholders and decisioning.Ensuresupplier'scontracts are aligned to the business's requirements. Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree from accredited university in a Business or Finance Related Field Responsibilities: Directingthe personnel, systems,workflows, standards,and processesfor the sourcing to contracting lifecycle

Managing a team that supports the organizationwith the sourcing to contractinglifecycle, ensurealignment with strategies and Organizational goals.

Ensuring best in class Sourcing and Supplier Managementstandardsare implemented,maintained, andadjustedas necessary toachieve goals and strategies.

Provideoversightand direction with contracting, contractnegotiations, contracting issues, TCO and cost models to ensure an efficient process and end userexperience.

Provide direction and oversight across the Organization with best practices including root cause analysis with supplier managementissuesand challenges including supplier performance.

Establish andmaintainstakeholder expectations with business leaders and ensure the team exceeds expectationswithdelivering services.

Establish andmaintaina category of spend strategy and incorporate throughout thesourcingto contracting lifecyclethat results in reducing our supply base andoptimizingour existing suppliers

Ensuring sourcing andsuppliermanagement processes, workflows, and standards are aligned with vendor risk, project management, legal, andtechnologystakeholder requirements.

Support merger and acquisition activitiesaligning supplier bases and achieving cost reductions

Basic Requirements: 10-15 years of experience leading supplier management, commodity management, or managing categories of spendfunctions

10-15 years of experience leading Supplier Management functions in the financial services industry

10-15 years of experience directing sourcing and contract life cycle management systems

Certifications in Supplier Management, Supply Chain Management, or Commodity Management.examplesinclude ASCM(APICS), CPSM, CSMP, etc...

Preferred Requirements: 15 plus years of experience leading supplier management, commodity management, or managing categories of spend functions

15 plus years of experience leading Supplier Management functions in the financial services industry

15 plus years of experience directing sourcing and contract life cycle management systems

Additionalcertificationsinproject management, stakeholder management, contract negotiations, and the like

Additionalcertifications with Vendor Risk Management, Project Management Office
