This is a full-time on-site role based in Baton Rouge, LA, for a Leasing Consultant. Responsibilities include assisting prospective tenants, managing the leasing process, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining resident satisfaction. The Leasing Consultant will ensure accurate lease administration, coordinate property tours, support resident retention efforts, and contribute to a positive and welcoming community environment. Qualifications
Experience with lease administration and managing leasing processes Strong resident retention strategies and a commitment to enhancing community satisfaction Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, prospective tenants, and team members Customer service expertise with a proactive and approachable attitude Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Proficiency with property management software and office tools is a plus Prior experience in property management or leasing is favorable but not required
