Senior PV Bid Specialist
to support our growing portfolio of photovoltaic projects in
Italy . Working closely with our Engineering, Project Management, Legal and Procurement teams, you will play a key role in leading and coordinating the preparation of competitive technical and economic proposals for large-scale PV projects across the Italian market. Lead and coordinate
feasibility studies ,
technical assessments , and
bid preparation
for utility‑scale PV projects in Italy. Manage cross‑functional collaboration (Engineering, Planning, Legal, Procurement) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of proposals. Develop
preliminary plant designs
and technical documentation for tender submissions. Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, performing
technical alignments
and comparative analyses. Engage directly with clients and suppliers through meetings, calls, and site visits when required. Prepare
technical–economic proposals , measurements, cost estimates, and tender clarifications. Review tender specifications, contractual technical annexes, and provide support during contract negotiations. Participate in site visits and due‑diligence evaluations when needed. 4+ years of experience
in PV bidding, tendering, or engineering for utility‑scale solar projects. Degree in
Industrial, Electrical, Energy or similar Engineering . Strong technical knowledge of PV design; experience with
AutoCAD, PVsyst, PVCase
is highly valued. Experience with
BESS projects
is a plus. Strong coordination, analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously. What We Offer
