Overview
Survey Merchandiser is hiring a Travel Reset Merchandiser to work 3 hours per store, paying $30/hr plus a $50 completion bonus per day, in San Jose, CA. You will use Survey's app to document your work. The role requires planogram (POG) and reset experience, as you’ll be responsible for organizing store shelves according to a specific layout.
Schedule & Hours
Reset start date: January 30
Start time window: 4:00 am or 6:00 am
Duration: 2–3 hour shift
Responsibilities
Check in with the Manager to review the merchandising objective.
Locate Frito-Lay backstock and work on U carts.
Ensure shelf tags are replaced if missing.
Pack out Frito-Lay items in the Salty Snack Aisle.
Merchandise after the salty snack aisle (endcap, 4-sided display, check lane, etc.). Pack out Frito-Lay items on the perimeter displays.
Create KD (Knock Down) boxes by following color coding and organizing backstock.
Take before/after photos of the Salty Snack aisle and displays. Review work with the Manager on Duty and coordinate timing for the next visit.
Reporting: Submit before/after photos via the Survey Merchandiser app.
Requirements (Must Haves)
Experience:
Previous reset or POG experience is mandatory.
Physical Ability:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, kneel, and reach shelves.
Tech Requirements:
Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser app installed.
Other Requirements:
Must be 18 or older.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Punctuality is critical – arrive at the store at least 15 minutes early.
Must print out the Satisfaction Survey.
