Senior Business Analyst – Property & Casualty

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance to support enterprise-level initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience gathering and translating business requirements, working closely with stakeholders, and supporting delivery teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams

Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria

Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Assist with UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking

Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

Strong experience in Property & Casualty insurance domains

Experience working with enterprise systems

Hands-on experience in Agile and SDLC environments

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
