What you will do

The Associate Director, Health Care Professionals Analytics is a senior analytics leader responsible for driving data-backed decision making across Kenvue's healthcare professional (HCP) ecosystem in the United States. This role sits at the intersection of professional advocacy, scientific engagement and commercial growth, ensuring that HCP investments are measurable, optimized and meaningfully connected to brand outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: HCP Analytics Strategy & Leadership

Own the US HCP analytics strategy, translating professional engagement data into insights that shape brand, advocacy and growth strategies Act as a strategic thought partner to brand, medical, media and commercial leaders on how best to engage key HCP audiences Ensure HCP insights are integrated into broader business planning and go-to-market execution HCP Segmentation, Targeting & Engagement

Lead development of data-driven segmentation, prioritization and tiering models for key HCP types (e.g., dermatologists, pediatricians, dentists) Analyze and optimize engagement strategies across field, digital, hybrid and peer-to-peer channels Evaluate differences in behavior and influence across HCP sub-segments (e.g., high-volume versus community dermatologists, general versus pediatric dentists) Advocacy, Education & Scientific Impact Measurement

Measure effectiveness of HCP education, scientific exchange and endorsement initiatives Partner with medical affairs to align analytics with evidence-based storytelling, continuing medical education initiatives and congress activations Quantify how HCP advocacy impacts brand credibility, professional recommendation and downstream consumer behavior Performance Management, KPIs & ROI

Define and maintain HCP-specific KPIs across reach, engagement quality, frequency and business impact Lead ROI and optimization analyses across HCP investments, identifying where to scale, refine or stop activity Build transparent dashboards that enable leaders to quickly understand HCP performance across brands and categories Integration with Media, Digital & Commerce Analytics

Collaborate with media and digital teams to embed HCP insights into audience strategy, media optimization and connected journeys Assess how HCP engagement influences digital discovery, consideration, content engagement and conversion Support cross-brand efforts by identifying scalable HCP strategies and analytics frameworks Data, Tools & Ways of Working

Partner with data science, tech and external vendors to ensure high-quality, HCP data, compliant data usage and scalable tools Standardize methodologies and measurement approaches across brands and HCP types Identify opportunities to leverage automation, advanced analytics and AI-enabled insights to improve speed and precision Collaboration & Capability Building

Serve as a trusted analytics advisor to senior stakeholders across brand, medical and commercial teams Mentor and develop analytics talent, strengthening HCP analytics capability across the organization Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and data-driven mindset What we are looking for Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Analytics, Business, Marketing Research or a related field A minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in analytics, insights, or performance measurement within consumer health, pharma, healthcare or consumer packaged goods Direct experience working with HCP (e.g., dermatologists, pediatricians, dentists, pharmacists, primary care physicians) Proven ability to connect HCP data to brand strategy, advocacy impact and business growth Strong stakeholder influence and executive-level communication skills Hands-on experience with KPIs, dashboards and advanced analytical frameworks Desired Qualifications:

Experience supporting professional advocacy or medical education programs Familiarity with media, digital and commerce analytics that include HCP audiences People leadership experience or strong informal leadership track record What's in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$153,850.00 - $217,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
