We’re looking for a creative, driven professional to help grow our catering business and enhance our online presence. Position Overview
The Catering Sales & Social Media Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for driving catering sales through community outreach, relationship building, and digital marketing. This role will also manage our social media channels to promote our brand, engage followers, and showcase our involvement in the local community. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a catering sales plan to grow business-to-business and event catering. Build relationships with local businesses, schools, churches, and community organizations. Manage catering inquiries, orders, and follow-ups to ensure excellent customer service. Coordinate with restaurant management to ensure accurate and timely catering fulfillment. Track sales performance and provide weekly reports to management. Social Media & Marketing
Create, schedule, and post engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. Maintain a consistent brand voice in line with Zaxby’s guidelines. Capture high-quality photos and videos to highlight menu items, team culture, and community events. Monitor analytics to measure engagement and growth, adjusting strategies as needed. Assist with local marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and promotional events. Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or social media management (restaurant or hospitality experience preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with major social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite). Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Must have reliable transportation for local travel and outreach. What We Offer
