
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead multifamily residential projects in Indianapolis, IN. This role requires hands-on oversight of daily construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Profile
Experience working on projects over $50M (required) Wood frame ground up experience (required) Experience creating 3-6 week look ahead Familiarity with construction management software Strong leadership qualities Deadline and detail-oriented Job Offer
