We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Senior Pricing Analyst
to support our federal government contracting efforts. This role plays a critical part in developing competitive, compliant pricing strategies for U.S. government proposals. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in federal cost proposal development, pricing analysis, and regulatory compliance under FAR and DFARS. Key Responsibilities
Develop, analyze, and support pricing strategies and cost proposals for U.S. federal government contracts Prepare compliant cost and pricing data in accordance with FAR, DFARS, and other applicable regulations Build and maintain complex pricing models to support proposal development and negotiation efforts Partner with proposal, finance, contracts, and program teams to ensure accurate and competitive pricing Perform cost analysis, risk assessments, and margin analysis for new and existing opportunities Support audits, negotiations, and cost reviews with government agencies Leverage AI tools and advanced analytics to improve cost estimating, pricing accuracy, and efficiency Ensure documentation and pricing assumptions are clear, defensible, and compliant Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience) 5–10 years of experience in federal pricing, cost analysis, or government contracting finance Strong expertise in developing pricing models and cost strategies for federal contract proposals In-depth knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal acquisition practices Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting large-scale federal proposals (e.g., IDIQs, task orders, competitive bids) Familiarity with cost volume preparation and pricing narratives Experience using AI or automation tools to enhance pricing, estimating, or financial analysis processes Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
