3–5 Year Architect / Designer

We are seeking a motivated, professional, detail-oriented Architect / Designer with 3–5 years of experience who is excited to help shape complex projects from concept through construction. What you’ll do Contribute to design on a range of project types, from cultural and exhibition work to hospitality, residential, and mixed-use buildings. Develop drawings and visual materials across all phases, including concept presentations, design development, and construction documents. Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to resolve technical and design challenges. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and reviews as your experience grows. Support construction administration with RFIs, submittals, and field observations. What you bring 3–5 years of professional experience in an architecture firm. Professional degree in Architecture or related field; working toward licensure is a plus. Strong design sensibility and curiosity about how buildings perform in the real world. Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite; Rhino). Clear communication skills, collaborative mindset, and comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
