What to Expect

Coordinate the authorization process with hospital personnel, payer representatives, and reimbursement operations

Educate hospital case managers and payor contacts on LifeVest benefits and reimbursement processes

Maintain customer profile data related to managed care contacts in the designated geography

Collaborate with the National Accounts team to align Field Reimbursement Specialist activities with managed care goals

Prepare documentation packages for authorizations and communicate best practices to field sales teams

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent education and experience

Completion of a Registered Nursing Program or equivalent clinical background

Experience in case management or resource utilization

Strong cardiology clinical acumen

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in a clinical environment related to cardiology

Familiarity with reimbursement processes and managed care systems

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders

Knowledge of proprietary software used in the reimbursement process
