At OurCalling, our work is rooted in the Gospel and powered by innovation. We are a Christ-centered ministry where every job is a ministry position. We serve individuals experiencing homelessness and crisis through our Street Outreach and Navigation Center, walking with them on a journey from the streets toward hope, stability, and transformation. We meet each person with grace, accountability, and personalized care. We believe that healing happens through trust, relationship, and the hope of Jesus. Powered by innovation, we go beyond meeting immediate needs to create real solutions that help end homelessness one life at a time. Our commitment is to restoration, not relocation, as we help our neighbors discover a sense of belonging, purpose, and a healthy community. Our aim is to help our neighbors walk with Jesus and take the next steps toward living in healthy community. Our culture is welcoming, intentional, hopeful, and adaptable. We innovate with courage, serve with humility, and hold firm to the belief that every guest, volunteer, donor, staff member, and partner who walks through our doors is made in the image of God. Our staff is diverse, comprising individuals from various backgrounds and experiences. Grounded in the Gospel, we are committed to loving our neighbors with compassion, accountability, and a dedication to lasting change. Job Summary
