
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Naples, FL, for a Commercial Account Manager. Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts Support producers with new business placements Provide exceptional client service and proactive communication Handle renewals, endorsements, and certificates with accuracy Collaborate with carriers to secure competitive coverage Manage Applied/EPIC system with proficiency The role involves managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and overseeing insurance policies. The Commercial Account Manager will also contribute to sales growth by identifying opportunities, communicating effectively with clients, and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a commercial insurance office setting Active Florida 220-General Insurance License Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and insurance systems a must, Applied/EPIC experience preferred
