Overview

We are seeking an Architectural Designer to serve as the technical lead within our studio. This role requires a professional who can translate design concepts into clear, technical documentation while effectively communicating design intent to external partners. Responsibilities

Design Communication: Clearly convey the studio's architectural and interior designs through detailed drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications. Technical Production: Lead the production of interior architectural drawing sets in AutoCAD and develop 3D models to study volumes, spatial relationships, and furniture proportions. Custom Millwork & Furniture: Develop detailed drawing packages to relay design intent to fabrication studios and collaborate with their teams to refine details. External Coordination: Work directly with outside architectural firms and project managers on extensive remodel and ground-up projects to ensure our studio’s design intent is seamlessly integrated into the primary building sets. Profile

3 to 5+ years of experience in high-end residential architecture or interiors. Professional experience within an interior design studio environment is strongly preferred. High proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modeling software. Proven experience with ground-up residential construction and the nuances of external coordination is preferred. Position is full-time and on-site in our Venice studio. Benefits

We provide a monthly tax-free healthcare allowance via a QSEHRA. This allows you to select the individual health insurance plan that best fits your needs (via Covered California or private providers), with the studio reimbursing your premiums up to $500 per month, tax-free.
