Insurance Outbound Call Center Agent
will be responsible for making outbound calls to report auto accidents in a secure call center environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to excel in customer service and claims reporting. Make continuous outbound calls to report claims in a secure call center environment. Gather required information and document claims accurately from the adverse carrier, providing the necessary claim details to the insured. Complete call templates to document each claim’s reporting status accurately for record-keeping. Provide comprehensive documentation for all claims processed. Create invoices for files worked during shifts. Skills & Requirements:
Experience in reporting First Notice of Loss Claims. Efficient management of outbound calls to meet responsiveness needs. Able to achieve team and personal qualitative and quantitative targets. Previous customer support experience is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and active listening. Able to multitask effectively while managing time and priorities. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel). Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute. High school diploma or equivalent. Physical & Mental Demands:
The role requires sitting for extended periods and effective communication with callers. The ability to read and analyze documents is necessary, as is the capacity to respond to inquiries from various stakeholders. Starting salary range:
