Roving Leasing Consultant
to support several apartment communities across the St. Cloud/Waite Park region. This is a fast-moving, high-impact role focused on keeping occupancy high, supporting onsite teams, and stepping in where coverage is needed most. This position will provide leasing support at the following communities: Upper Town Apartments – St. Cloud Park Meadows Apartments – Waite Park The Legacy of Waite Park – Waite Park Oaks at Bentonshire – St. Cloud If you’re a professional who can close, adapt quickly, and jump into new communities with confidence — we want to talk to you now.
$18–$20/hour + leasing commissions Annual performance raises (up to 5%) $500–$1,000 employee referral bonuses Medical & dental insurance starting around $45/month (Blue Cross) 401(k) with company match Vision, life, and disability insurance Paid Time Off: 80 hours in Year 1 120 hours after 2–4 years 160 hours after 5+ years 20% rent discount at any Monarch-managed community Tuition reimbursement & ongoing paid training Anniversary gifts, sabbatical program & employee discounts What You’ll Do
Lease apartments and drive occupancy across multiple communities Greet prospects, conduct tours, and close leases Manage applications, lease paperwork, and move-ins Support lease renewals and resident retention efforts Maintain strong relationships with residents throughout their tenancy Ensure model apartments and show units are tour-ready Track traffic, market trends, and competitor activity Maintain resident files (physical and digital) in YARDI Support marketing and outreach efforts Step in to support communities during high-demand periods ✅
Qualifications
2+ years of multifamily leasing OR strong customer service/sales experience Proven ability to close leases and drive occupancy Knowledge of Fair Housing and leasing compliance standards Tech-savvy; experience with property management software (YARDI preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-starter who can step into new environments and perform immediately ⏳
