About The Role
We are looking for a highly analytical, motivated, and technical Data Analyst to join our Ads Delivery Commercial Operations (DCO) team. This role is ideal for early-career talent with strong SQL, Python, and spreadsheet skills who are excited to build scalable systems, automate workflows, and turn large datasets into insights that guide decision-making for a 350+ seller organization and a multi-billion-dollar P&L. In this role, you will build the analytical and operational foundation that powers our GTM engine—owning everything from forecasting and account prioritization models to data pipelines, reporting automation, and executive insights. What You'll Do Build scalable, automated reporting and analytical solutions that enable faster, better decision-making across the GTM organization. Develop and maintain forecasting, pipeline analytics, and quota/Book Building models that influence planning cycles and resource allocation. Design and optimize account prioritization and account scoring frameworks to help sellers focus their efforts for maximum ROI. Build and maintain ETL workflows, SQL-based datasets, and Python-based automation to reduce manual work and increase operational efficiency. Ensure data governance and QA across all models, dashboards, and pipelines. Identify, propose, and build automation opportunities that remove repetitive work and scale across the org. Deliver insights and analysis for leadership reviews, working directly with VPs and senior stakeholders. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and RevOps to support annual and quarterly planning cycles. Drive projects end-to-end with ownership, curiosity, and an 80/20 mindset (speed > perfection).
Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 3+ years of relevant experience Strong SQL skills, in addition to data modeling and general database understanding
Preferred Qualifications 4-6 years of relevant experience Ownership mentality—you run your work like a business Fast learner with a bias for action and a steep learning curve Salesforce experience is a plus (but not required) Python for data transformation, automation, and modeling Proactive and self-driven—you bring ideas, solutions, and automation opportunities Extremely analytical and structured thinking Comfortable working under pressure and handling occasional fire-drills Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to senior leadership Problem solver with curiosity and a builder mindset Embraces the 80/20 approach: optimize for speed and impact, not perfection
Compensation and Benefits For New York, NY-based roles and for San Francisco, CA-based roles, the base salary range is USD 131,000 per year – USD 145,500 per year. All US locations participate in Uber's bonus program and may be offered an equity award and other types of compensation.
