
Overview
We’re partnering with a Tier 1 automotive supplier to identify an early-career Engineer with 2–5 years of experience, ideally with exposure to automotive interiors.
This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to build depth in a hands-on engineering role while gaining visibility across programs, customers, and cross-functional teams. The role offers real responsibility from day one and a clear growth path within a well-established organization.
Responsibilities
Support engineering activities related to automotive interior components and systems
Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, program management, and customers
Assist with product development, launches, and continuous improvement initiatives
Gain exposure to Tier 1/OEM expectations, processes, and standards
What They’re Looking For
2–5 years of engineering experience (automotive preferred)
Exposure to automotive interiors (seating, trim, panels, NVH, consoles, etc.) is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or similar)
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
Motivated, detail-oriented, and interested in long-term growth
