Overview HVAC Sales Engineer / Business Development - Outside Sales — Pacific Northwest. A growing HVAC solutions organization is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive regional growth through strong contractor, engineer, and owner relationships.

What You'll Do

Build relationships with contractors, engineers, and owners

Identify and close new HVAC equipment opportunities

Provide technical support on system design, product selection, and specs

Develop proposals, estimates, and take-offs

Manage projects from design through commissioning

What We're Looking For

Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent HVAC experience

3+ years HVAC sales, applications, or design experience

Strong presentation, communication, and relationship skills

Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
