
Senior Director, Financial Crime & Compliance Technology

Overview
Senior Director, Financial Crime & Compliance Technology. Concentrix seeks a senior leader to develop and grow our Financial Crime & Compliance (FCC) technology ecosystem. The role will spearhead the creation of next-generation FCC platforms, forge strategic partnerships with leading technology providers, and drive systems integration revenue across our global client base. This is a work-at-home role from anywhere in the United States.
Responsibilities
Lead the product strategy, roadmap development, and execution for Concentrix’s proprietary FCC technology platforms.
Build and manage strategic partnerships with major financial crime technology vendors (transaction monitoring, case management, screening, fraud detection platforms).
Develop and execute systems integration go-to-market strategy, creating packaged solutions that combine Concentrix services with partner technologies.
Drive systems integration revenue through partner-enabled deals, implementation services, and managed services offerings.
Collaborate with sales leadership to position technology and integration capabilities in enterprise deals, participating in client engagements at the CXO level.
Build and lead cross-functional teams including product managers, solutions architects, partnership managers, and integration engineers.
Establish and maintain relationships with technology partners at executive and technical levels, negotiating partnership terms and joint GTM strategies.
Monitor competitive landscape and emerging technologies in financial crime, identifying opportunities for product innovation and partnership expansion.
Ensure platform development aligns with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and client needs across AML, KYC, fraud, and compliance domains.
Create thought leadership content and represent Concentrix at industry conferences, partner events, and client forums.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in financial crime, including senior leadership roles combining product management and business development. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Deep domain expertise in financial crime technology markets including AML transaction monitoring, KYC/customer onboarding, sanctions screening, fraud detection, and case management platforms. Intimate knowledge of major FCC technology vendors and competitive landscape.
Proven track record of bringing technology products to market, including product strategy, development roadmaps, feature prioritization, and launch execution.
Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic technology partnerships, including negotiating partnership agreements, creating joint GTM strategies, and driving partner-sourced revenue.
Experience leading systems integration practices or professional services organizations, with understanding of implementation methodologies, resource management, and services delivery.
Strong technical background with ability to engage with engineers and architects on platform architecture, API design, data integration patterns, and technology decisions.
Proven ability to engage at CXO level with enterprise clients and partners, articulating complex technical solutions and business value propositions.
Experience managing P&L, including revenue forecasting, margin management, investment decisions, and financial reporting.
Understanding of regulatory requirements in financial crime (BSA/AML, GDPR, KYC regulations) and how technology solutions address compliance obligations.
Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities, with experience building and developing cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and business development.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to identify market opportunities, competitive threats, and technology trends.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguity and ability to build new business units from concept to scale.
Results-oriented with track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and delivering on strategic objectives.

Benefits & Salary The annual base salary range for this position is $190,000 – $222,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays, and paid learning days.
