
Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a
Sales Support Representative
based out of our
Morgantown, WV
office. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative, analytical, and operational support to the sales team.
They will ensure accuracy in reporting daily sales activity, support bidding and quoting functions, and serve as a key liaison across internal departments including Dispatch, Billing, and Accounting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Day to Day
Manage daily sales activity, including reviewing and correcting transactions
Approve invoice and billing adjustments
Verify scale house orders while coordinating corrections with Dispatch
Prepare and send customer quotes, submit public material bids, process awards
Apply contract and special pricing for State, Municipal, County and PA, NY, NJ projects
Handle requests for COIs and material submittals
Receive purchase orders and all tax-exempt certificates while maintaining accurate records for contract pricing
Coordinate registrations for industry events and conferences
Assist with mass distribution of annual pricing, maintain business certifications
Perform ongoing maintenance of quotes involving quantities and specialty materials
About You
Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance

Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
Good organizational skills
