Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Professional located in Bradenton, FL. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for building relationships with current and prospective residents to ensure high resident retention and satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing lease agreements, assisting with lease administration, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating with residents and team members to support community needs and objectives. The role requires maintaining a welcoming and professional environment while meeting leasing goals for the property. Qualifications Experience with Resident Retention and delivering exceptional Customer Service Proficiency in managing Leases and understanding Lease Administration processes Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with residents, prospects, and colleagues Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in property management or leasing is a plus Proficiency in property management software and basic computer skills High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in real estate or related fields are an advantage
