We’re seeking an architectural designer with 0-3 years of firm experience, who is looking for an opportunity to learn a comprehensive set of skills in an open-minded, low-drama office of creative professionals. Qualifications
Professional degree in architecture, Bachelor’s or higher, from an accredited architecture program Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, G Suite and/or Office, and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Flexibility to work in the office and conduct site visits Qualified to work in the US: unfortunately, we cannot sponsor foreign applicants or overseas internships The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, a detail-oriented, proactive collaborator that takes initiative to learn, adapt, and problem solve. You will be relied upon to deliver quality work across design phases with collaborative team interaction and mentorship. Compensation / Benefits
The compensation range for this position as described ranges from $60,000 – $66,000, based on experience Paid vacation and sick time, at a base rate of 120 hours per year 10 Paid holidays per year, plus floating holidays at Partners’ discretion Group medical insurance (RSA pays 75% of employee premiums), including vision and dental (RSA pays 100% of employee premiums) Short-term disability insurance (RSA covers 100% employee premiums) 401K Retirement plan with 3% contribution, fully vested, and profit-sharing opportunities Paid training and development opportunities Full payment of AIA and/or other professional membership dues Full reimbursement for licensure fees, if pursued Full reimbursement for ARE exam (first time), if pursued Full reimbursement for meetings, seminars, and workshops for professional development Paid time for serving in professional association or development boards or groups This is primarily an in-office position, with the possibility of increased hybrid schedule upon Partner approval Office Culture
