We are seeking a full-time
Social Leasing Specialist (Bilingual)
to join our on-site team in
San Antonio, TX . This role blends traditional leasing responsibilities with a strong focus on
social media engagement, lead conversion, and resident experience . Responsibilities
Manage leasing activities including lead follow-up, tours, applications, and move-ins Actively engage with prospects through
social media platforms
(Facebook Marketplace, comments, messages, reviews, and inquiries) Create and assist with social media content that supports leasing and community engagement Maintain accurate leasing activity, prospect communication, and lease documentation Support
lease renewals and resident retention efforts
through proactive communication and relationship-building Provide excellent customer service to both prospective and current residents Assist with resident events, outreach initiatives, and community engagement efforts Collaborate with marketing and management teams to improve conversion, retention, and overall resident satisfaction Qualifications
Bilingual (English & Spanish) required Experience in leasing, property management, customer service, or sales preferred Strong interest or experience in social media, digital communication, and online engagement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build rapport with a diverse resident population Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Experience with lease administration, renewals, or CRM systems is a plus
