Camping World is seeking an experienced Finance & Sales Manager
to lead a high-performing sales team while driving profitability through effective Finance & Insurance (F&I) operations. This hybrid role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment, combines strong business acumen with sales leadership, and is passionate about delivering a top-notch, customer-driven experience.
The Finance & Sales Manager will coach and inspire a winning sales team, oversee RV sales operations, and manage the F&I process to maximize revenue, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do Sales Leadership & Operations
Coach, mentor, recruit, and develop a high-performance sales team focused on new and used RV sales
Drive sales growth through events, community engagement, and local marketing initiatives
Lead the sales desk by assisting in structuring deals to maximize profitability and customer value
Identify key product drivers and merchandising strategies to enhance sales performance
Maintain optimal inventory levels through accurate forecasting and inventory management
Obtain and analyze customer feedback to ensure a high-quality, no-pressure sales experience
Serve as a liaison between customers and departments including sales, service, retail, and finance
Stay informed on market trends, RV industry insights, and dealership inventory
Finance & Insurance (F&I) Responsibilities
Select appropriate lenders, secure approvals, obtain customer commitment, and finalize deliveries
Manage placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVR and product penetration
Ensure adherence to all F&I processes, contract flow, and compliance requirements
Track, monitor, and report F&I PVR, lender penetration, and product performance
Manage contracts in transit and ensure timely funding through coordination with the business office
Participate in and lead weekly sales and F&I training meetings
Assist in training sales staff on finance processes, product presentation, and compliance
Financial & Business Management
Plan and manage budgets, utilizing cost control and revenue optimization strategies
Analyze performance metrics to exceed sales and finance goals
Demonstrate dedication to company initiatives, policies, and ethical standards
What You’ll Need to Have for the Role
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
Demonstrated experience managing a revenue-generating sales team in a dealership environment
3–5 years of Finance & Insurance experience with strong knowledge of F&I products
Menu selling experience required
Strong closing skills and proven ability to maximize profitability while maintaining customer trust
Excellent leadership, organizational, planning, and communication skills
Ability to train and develop both sales and finance personnel
Strong computer skills with experience using customer data, inventory, and finance systems
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend as required in a dealership setting
Compensation & Benefits The pay range for this role considers multiple factors, including skill set, experience, training, and business needs. Total annual compensation (base pay plus variable compensation) is estimated at
$100,000 – $160,000+ .
