to join our service team.

This is an entry-level, career-path position

designed for individuals who want to build a long-term future in automotive service. Our goal is to develop you into a fully trained Service Advisor within one year

through hands-on training, mentorship, and brand-specific education.

Position Summary The

Service Advisor Trainee

supports the service department while learning the responsibilities of a full Service Advisor. You will work closely with experienced advisors, service managers, and technicians to develop the skills needed to deliver a premium service experience to VW and Audi customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support:

Assist in greeting customers, gathering vehicle information, and understanding service needs.

Learning the Advisor Role:

Shadow and support senior Service Advisors to learn customer communication, service write-ups, and workflow management.

Service Coordination:

Help schedule service appointments, coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient service flow and moving vehicles.

Estimate & Repair Understanding:

Learn how to prepare service estimates and explain recommended maintenance and repairs.

Customer Updates:

Assist with keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicles.

Service Documentation:

Maintain accurate records and notes in the dealership’s service software.

Brand & Product Knowledge:

Learn VW and Audi maintenance requirements, service standards, and luxury customer expectations.

Growth & Development:

Actively participate in training with the goal of becoming a fully independent Service Advisor within one year.

Qualifications

Strong customer service or hospitality background preferred (automotive experience is a plus, but not required).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and a positive, coachable attitude.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership software.

Interest in building a long-term career in automotive service.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
