real estate law experience
to join our Real Estate Practice Group in Dallas, Houston, Miami, Milwaukee, Orlando, or Tampa. Responsibilities
Drafting and negotiating documents related to real estate and financing transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, easements, CC&Rs, development-related agreements, and property management agreements, among others. Experience with commercial real estate and financing transactions involving properties including mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail assets, hotels, resorts, etc. Qualifications
Must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school Must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to practice 3-5 years of real estate law experience Strong writing and communication skills Experience in real estate development and joint venture work is a plus but not required Timely admission to the Bar coinciding with the office of hire will be a condition of employment Application

The expected salary range is between
