Commercial Lines Account Manager (Marketing Focus) Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager with a strong emphasis on marketing to support commercial insurance operations within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities

Market and service commercial lines accounts, including quoting new and renewal business Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and insurance carriers Support the growth and development of an expanding business segment through collaboration and strategic support Ensure timely, accurate processing of policies, endorsements, and related documentation Provide responsive, high-quality service by addressing client inquiries and needs promptly Contribute positively to team culture through professionalism, leadership, and accountability

Qualifications/Requirements

Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial lines account management and marketing Proficiency with agency management software and document management systems, including AMS360 and ImageRight Relevant educational background preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively Self-motivated, dependable, team-oriented, and demonstrates natural leadership qualities Maintains a professional demeanor with a proactive and solutions-focused approach

Compensation Package

Salary range: $60,000 – $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Annual performance-based bonus eligibility beginning in the second year
