Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Lead in the Automotive Parts sector located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Sales Lead will oversee daily sales operations, provide excellent customer service, and ensure the achievement of sales goals. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing sales trends, responding to customer inquiries, and driving business growth through targeted strategies.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of automotive parts and industry knowledge.
Proven experience in sales, client relationships, and customer service excellence.
Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and eCommerce platforms.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in automotive parts sales and familiarity with OEM parts is highly preferred.
