Summary The Field Service Representative is responsible for obtaining new potential business and partnering with the sales team.
Responsibilities
Identify new potential business in territory by cold calling.
Communicate all potential leads to supervisor and Account Executive(s).
Maintain and build relationships with current and new accounts.
Service current and new accounts by visiting on a monthly basis.
Laboratory intermediary and Physician Office Champion.
In-service new accounts.
Travel overnight as needed.
Submit weekly written progress reports to Account Executive and Sales Director.
Participate in Pain Management bi-weekly sales calls and sales meetings.
Attend monthly planning meetings with Account Executive, Regional Manager and Sales Director to review strategy and processes.
Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor/management.
Required Qualifications
1 year of sales, customer service, or account management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in a variety of computer programs and applications.
Physical Requirements S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
