Troubleshoot issues within the Global Trade Management (GTM) space and manage support queue resolutions Participate in strategic discussions to enhance operational efficiency and scalability within GTM Provide application design and architecture support for the Oracle Global Trade Management module Analyze data flow between Oracle EBS and GTM, and perform configurations to enable features Collaborate with transportation and compliance team stakeholders to gather requirements and provide training Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Oracle EBS/Applications Strong knowledge of supply chain processes including Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, and Order Management Proficient in SQL for maintaining and creating OTM/GTM agents Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Self-directed and self-motivated with strong active listening skills Preferred Qualifications
