There will be concentrated business development opportunities where our bricks & mortar clinics are located.This position will report to the Director of Business Developmentwith opportunities for advancement for highly enthusiastic and internally motivated individuals as we continue to grow our business development team.The candidate Experience calling on and building relationships with hospitals, medical practices, or mental health professionals and other treatment facilities is preferred Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, mental health professionals, and other treatment facilities. Responsible for growing and maintaining referral relationships within the local behavioral health and healthcare community. Engage with psychiatric hospitals, outpatient clinics, private practices, and other providers to drive awareness and referrals to Mindful Health. Conduct outreach via cold calls, emails, in-person meetings, and networking events. Schedule and facilitate facility tours and ensure smooth coordination with on-site teams Plan and coordinate quarterly events (CEUs, networking lunches/dinners, conferences, etc.) to attract and engage potential referents. Represent Mindful Health at local industry events and conferences. Develop and maintain quarterly and annual strategic outreach plans. Organize and manage weekly outreach schedules and routing for maximum efficiency. Document all outreach activities in the CRM system within required timeframes. Assist in managing the business development budget responsibly. Respond to inquiries from community partners with professionalism and a customer-service mindset. Ensure compliance with all company policies, including HIPAA regulations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required. Experience with psychiatric hospitals, outpatient clinics, or behavioral health providers is preferred. Proficiency with CRM platforms and business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office). Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a passion for health, wellness, and mental health. Must be flexible and adaptable to varying work environments and community needs. A healthy & positive atmosphere. Schedule Monday through Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. Some events may require evening or weekend availability. Technology Provided: Company issues laptop, keyboard, mouse, speaker, and access to IT support. Monthly car and cell phone stipend Corporate credit card Business cards The salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. 120 hours (15 days) of paid time off 40 hours (5 days) of sick leave 24 hours (3 days) of paid bereavement leave per occurrence.
