This position is located with the Non-appropriated Funds Support Services Division at Fort Hunter Liggett, CA.

Responsibilities
Provides marketing functional services to designated strategic business units. Develops, implements and evaluates a comprehensive marketing program in support of MWR programs, services, facilities, and activities.
Analyzes programs by on-site review of merchandising, displays, customer service and finances. Evaluates program strengths and weaknesses and makes recommendations for improvements. Determines optimum marketing mix to achieve objectives.
Identifies publicity and advertising needs. Designs promotional campaigns. Evaluates advertising and publicity efforts. Assists in developing major special events and promotions.
Develops sponsorship and advertising proposals. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.

A one-year probationary period may be required.
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
Business operations are Monday-Friday 7:0am to 5:00pm, but is subject to change and will be based on the needs of the activity. Nights, weekends and holidays are required during MWR events.
