Marketing Coordinator

to support the day-to-day operations of the Marketing and Sales teams. This role blends marketing coordination, administrative support, and operational execution This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being the organizational backbone of a marketing team while gaining exposure to campaigns, events, digital platforms, and client-facing initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Provide

day-to-day administrative and operational support

to the Marketing and Sales teams Coordinate marketing projects, schedules, timelines, approvals, and documentation Manage organization and version control of marketing materials, collateral, and assets Maintain marketing databases, trackers, spreadsheets, and internal systems Support e-commerce platforms and internal marketing portals Assist with website and social media updates Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, trade shows, and webinars Vendor coordination, materials, schedules, budgets, and on-site support Assist with client and prospect communications, follow-ups, and meeting preparation Support outreach to industry partners, experts, and key stakeholders Maintain inventory and fulfillment of marketing and sales support materials Support onboarding and training related to marketing tools and processes Serve as a reliable operational resource for cross-functional marketing needs Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 2–5 years of experience in a

marketing coordination, operations, or administrative support role Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting timelines Comfort working cross-functionally with sales teams, vendors, and agencies Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft tools; Excel proficiency a plus Experience supporting events, campaigns, or product launches preferred Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries Exposure to e-commerce platforms, CMS tools (WordPress), or inventory systems Experience coordinating with outside agencies or procurement partners Compensation:

$70,000 - $80,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications
